This Fungi is common around the Great Lakes, and is found in grassy areas in the early summer. They fruit in great numbers, and it looks like a lot of tiny fungi breaking out from a group and heading in all directions. It's caps are 1 to 1.5 cm across and tan to yellowish in colour or off-white. The stalk is long and white. This is a Brown-Spored Mushroom and is not edible ..... Remember unless you are an expert on fungi, do not harvest any wild mushrooms for food, the dangers are just too great.
