Common Sulphur .. Harvey Kirsch DigiPixels_Image 2007
The Common Sulphur can be found in meadows, clover patches, and pastures. It is found March thru December, allowing for local weather conditions. It feeds on clover, alfalfa and many of the legume crops. Colors vary between the Male and Female and is greenish/yellow in spring and fall. These butterflies are constantly on the move, and don't stay in one place long.
