This plant looks similar to Solomon's Seal, but stands more upright. It blooms from May thru June. The tiny six pointed flowers resemble the "Star of David" thus the name. This plant also produces berries that turn from green to a blackish red. The berries or any part of the plant should not be eaten it is poisonous .....
